immut is built by David Horne, who goes by DJ. He is based in the UK. Write to djh@immut.io.
What is immut?
An application a founder runs on their own machine. It connects to the tools they already use, reads them every day, and lets an investor they name ask their business a question under a key the founder controls and can revoke. The founder sends the link. immut never introduces anyone.
What can I get today?
There is nothing to download yet. The connectors and the daily read are tested. The investor side is not built. What is on offer now is a free thirty minute call about your raise, and a waitlist for when the app ships.
Did immut used to be something else?
Yes. Until August 2026 it was a proof layer for digital files. That product was shut down. Pages about certificates, an API, or court evidence describe that old product. This page is the current one.
Common questions
- Who is the customer?
- Founders raising pre-seed, seed or Series A. Investors pay nothing.
- Does it prove the numbers are true?
- No. A signature proves the tool ran. It never proves the inputs were real.

- No. You send the link.
