## Why this library exists

Emails, audit trails, missing records, fabricated documents, and self-asserted dates fail under scrutiny. These are rulings and enforcement actions where **when** and **integrity** of digital evidence were the question. Authority sources are linked on each case page.

Use this library when explaining:

- Why metadata and internal systems are not enough for diligence or dispute
- Why contemporaneous, independently verifiable records matter
- Real outcomes: sanctions, fines, dismissed claims, credibility destroyed

## How founders should use it

Link specific cases when preparing for fundraise or exit conversations about document integrity. Do not claim these cases are about immut as a party. They illustrate the class of failure immut is built to reduce: inability to prove when a material file existed, unchanged.
