immut gives every file permanent, independently verifiable, court-ready proof of when it existed. Built for founders and operators who need the record ready before investors or buyers ask. One self-serve plan at $99 per seat per month. Try it for 7 days and 20 files. A card is required to start, and you can cancel any time before day 7. Prices are USD. Annual billing gives 2 months free.

## Trial

The trial is not a separate plan. It is how a Pro subscription starts.

- 7 days, and 20 protected files
- A card is required up front
- Trial files get permanent proof from the first file, exactly like paid files
- After 20 files you cannot protect more until you subscribe. Everything already protected stays protected
- On day 7 your card is charged and you continue on Pro, unless you cancelled first
- The two limits are independent: reaching 20 files early does not shorten the 7 days

## Add-ons

- Extra files (monthly recurring, used after your included allowance): +50 files per month for $49 ($0.98 per file); +100 for $79 ($0.79 per file); +500 for $299 ($0.60 per file). Minimum pack size is 50.
- Extra storage: +100 GB for $19 per month; +500 GB for $69 per month. Each seat already includes 25 GB.
- Extra workspaces: $25 per workspace per month. Separate evidence by client, project, or department. Your file allowance is shared across workspaces, so this adds structure rather than volume.
- Personal server: $189 per month. Run immut on infrastructure you control for stricter data residency.
- White-label portal (Custom only): $499 per month. Your branding, your domain (e.g. protect.yourfirm.com), custom login, emails, and certificates. No visible immut branding.

## FAQ

### What is a protected file?
One document added to immut that receives permanent, independently verifiable proof of when it existed. It works through the web app, the API, or the agent. Adding a new version of a document counts as another file.

### Do unused files roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance and any add-on packs both reset each billing cycle. Add-on files are used only after your included allowance runs out.

### How does per-seat pricing work?
Each seat is $99 per month and brings its own allowance: 100 protected files, 25 GB of storage, and one user. Three seats means 300 files a month and 75 GB.

### Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

### What happens to my proofs if I cancel?
You are prompted to export everything before you cancel, and we recommend taking it. After cancellation you lose access to the immut app and to the files stored in it. The proof itself does not depend on us: the record stays public and your certificates stay verifiable by anyone, whether or not immut is still around.

### Do you offer discounts for universities or research institutions?
Yes. We work closely with universities and tech transfer offices. Contact us to discuss volume pricing, phased onboarding, and data residency requirements.
